Fighting with Forks is a collective team started by Motke Dapp, Bobby Marko and Mark McGowan. The three began working together in 2007 as they lead a team for the Nashville 48 Hour Film project. Their first project ended with the short “Safe As Houses” in which they won Best Actress for Ellen Tift’s performance in the short.
After realizing the great collaboration between the three producers, they quickly began pre-production on their next project, the documentary feature Whiskerino. As filming wrapped up on the documentary in early 2008, they found themselves with many ideas on what they could accomplish. They began finding people eager to expand on their skills and talents in film so thus forming partnerships. As the team grows so does their pool of ideas and goals.
With another 48 Hour Film project short under their belt and post production well under way for Whiskerino the team is looking forward to a prosperous 2008 and has bigger plans for 2009. Keep in touch!
